Creating KRAFTON culture of free communication and active interactions
  • KLT KRAFTON Live Talk

We believe we can achieve our vision by constantly discussing the values and direction that Krafton pursues and garnering understanding and empathy from all members.

KLT is KRAFTON’s central communication program that has been regularly conducted since September 2015. At KLT, held on the third Thursday of every month, members and the management gather to openly share big and small matters of the company and freely ask and answer questions.

  • KDC: KRAFTON DEVELOPERS C:ONNECT

We want to “Connect” the valuable knowledge and experience of KRAFTON members/studios so that it flows throughout KRAFTON, including independent studios, instead of sitting in one place.

We hope that KDC: will lead to a development culture where KRAFTON’s exchange/communication is not just about sharing information, but more importantly, a virtuous loop of recognition, stimulation, motivation, growth, and more opportunities.

  • PoK Pride of KRAFTON

We’d like to formally thank those who have voluntarily and actively participated in our internal programs for the betterment of the KRAFTON community behind the scenes.

The Pride of KRAFTON award is given to those who contribute to the growth of KRAFTON by participating in various internal programs, such as sharing their knowledge, contributing to the cultivation of internal talent, and strengthening the foundation for communication and collaboration, regardless of the performance of the individual or their organization.

  • COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE

By discussing various agendas and transparently sharing the results within the company, we create a culture where all members can build consensus together.

The Communication Committee is a council of members from each department who gather to discuss various internal agendas and seek development directions together, creating a foundation for shared growth of both members and the company. The communication committee members express opinions on behalf of each department and, discuss rationally, and deliver the results coherently back to colleagues.
