주식회사 블루홀스튜디오 법인 분할에 따른 개인정보 이전 안내

항상 크래프톤 게임을 이용해주시는 고객님께 진심으로 감사드리며, 2020년
12월 02일 자로 테라 및 엘리온 게임 관련 사업부문과
신규 RPG 게임 1건 개발부문(이하 “분할대상 사업부문”)을
물적 분할 방식으로 분할하여 주식회사 블루홀스튜디오(가칭)(이하
“신설 법인”)을 신설할 예정입니다.

이후 분할된 분할대상 사업부문 운영 주체가 신설 법인으로 이전됨에 따라 분할대상 사업부문과 관련된 고객님의
개인정보는 신설 법인으로 이전될 것입니다. 이에 관련 법령을 준수하기 위하여 개인정보를 이전 받게 되는
신설 법인의 정보를 아래와 같이 안내 드립니다.

신설 법인은 이용자분들의 개인정보를 기존과 동일한 범위에서만 이용하며, 개인정보보호법
등 관련 법령에서 규정하는 기술적, 관리적 보호조치를 준수하여 안전하게 보호합니다.

신설 법인에 개인정보 이전을 원하지 않으시는 경우 고객문의 또는 아래의 연락처를 통해 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 대한 동의를 철회하실 수 있습니다.

단, 동의를 철회하는 경우 기존의 서비스를 제공받을 수 없습니다.

in accordance with Divestiture of Bluehole Studio Inc.

Let us begin by extending our
gratitude to you for enjoying KRAFTON games. We are reaching out to you to
notify that, as of December 2, 2020, we will newly establish Bluehole Studio
Inc. (tentatively named) (hereinafter the “new corporation”) by splitting off
TERA and ELYON-related business units and a new RPG development unit (hereinafter
the “divested units”) from our operation.

As the new corporation will take
charge of the operation of the divested units, your personal information related
to the divested units will also be transferred to the new corporation. The
details of the company to which personal information is transferred are as
follows:

The new corporation will use personal
information only within the same scope as before and within the scope of
obligations under related laws. Your valuable personal information is securely
protected by technical and administrative safeguards (protection measures).

If you don’t want your personal information
to be transferred to the new corporation, contact our Customer Service or the email below to withdraw your consent to our
personal information collection and use.

However, please beware that you will
no longer use the services once you withdraw your consent.
